What is Memory in Sound?
Memory in Sound turns sound into something you can keep forever. Upload or record a voice message or choose a song from Spotify and we'll print it as a personalized frame with a QR code. When scanned, the QR plays your chosen sound anytime, anywhere.
How does it work?
1. Choose your product style and design.
2. Upload or record an audio message, or select a song from Spotify.
3. Customize the text and photo (optional).
4. Complete your order.
5. Receive your custom print - scan the QR to listen instantly.
Customization & Design
Can I use a Spotify song?
Yes. You can browse and select any track from Spotify directly within our platform. When someone scans the QR code, it will open and play that song through Spotify.
What kind of audio can I upload?
You can upload voice notes, messages, or music in MP3, M4A, or WAV format or record directly on our site. Max audio size is 10MB.
Will my audio or Spotify link last forever?
Yes. All audios and Spotify links are securely hosted and permanently connected to your QR code. Spotify audios could eventually change if Spotify changes their links in the future.
Can I add a photo?
Yes. You can upload a photo to personalize your frame. We recommend a JPG or PNG, with a minimum size of 2125x1500 px. Max file size of 5MB.
Can I change my message or song after ordering?
No, once your order is confirmed, the QR code and its linked audio or song are final.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. Shipping options and costs will appear at checkout.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Usually it takes 5 - 10 business days. It may vary depending on your location.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Payment & Returns
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a wide range of secure payment methods, including: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Multibanco, Shop Pay and USDC on Base.
Can I return or exchange my frame?
Since each frame is custom-made, returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Privacy and Security
Who can access my audio?
Only people with your unique QR code can access the sound. Your audio is securely stored and not searchable online.
Can I delete my audio later?
Yes. You can request deletion at any time after that, the QR code will become inactive.
